OTSEGO COUNTY, N.Y. — Three people face drug charges after authorities say two of them were caught selling heroin out of a hotel in Otsego County.

According to the Sheriff's Office, 44-year-old John Nack and 23-year-old Kristin Manwarren were selling the drug out of a hotel on State Route 23 in Oneonta.

They were arrested, along with 32-year-old John Sanflippo, while leaving the hotel. Investigators say Sanflippo had three packets of heroin he had just bought, and that he was driving with a revoked license.

Deputies also found drugs and cash on Nack, and drug paraphernalia in Manwarren's purse, along with paraphernalia and packaging materials in their hotel room.

Nack and Manwarren both face felony and misdemeanor drug charges. Sanflippo faces misdemeanor drug charges along with aggravated unlicensed operation. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
