SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- A Syracuse man is set to be arraigned today for a robbery at Byrne Dairy. Christopher Staats, 31, is accused of entering the Butternut Street location around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and demanding money.
A store employee says Staats threatened to have a weapon but that he didn't show one. Staats got away with cash from the register, but police later found him at a nearby boarding house.
He was taken into custody and charged with third-degree robbery.
